> Oats Khichdi: Take a medium size onion, green chilly and one tomato and chop them. Heat oil and add mustard seeds.
Add in onion and chilly. When the onion becomes transparent then add curry leaves and  tomato.
Add salt, turmeric and cover and cook for few minutes.
Once the tomatoes are cooked then add a small bowl(katori) of oats and add water double of the oats you take.
Mix well and cook for 3-4 minutes. Oats khichadi is ready.
Garnish with coriander. You can also squeeze half a lemon.
