if you want to look big bicep so show your triceps should be big.

Tricep has 3 heads.


Long head.

Short head.

Minor head.

If you want perfect triceps.
So you need hit these 3 heads.

Each and every head is the main is triceps.



So start with technique number 1.

Putt your hand on floor.
Make heart shape.
Start pushups 

3 set 15 Repetition.
Rest between exercise 10 seconds.

This exercise hit your long head.
And long head is the main part of triceps. 

Exercise number 2.

Chair pushups.
You can do anywhere like bed chair any wall
Where you can hold your hand.

3 set 15 Repetition.
Rest between exercise 5 seconds.

Exercise number 3.

Putt your hands on floor 
Front of your head.

Than start pushups.
3 set 12 Repetition.
Rest between exercise 5 seconds.
