As we all know that Corona virus is an infectious disease Which is spread by a new kind of virus.

Today the whole world is battling against this virus and a lot of Loss has been incurred incurred worldwide.

Let’s take a look at how this virus spreads or is transmitted.

 When an infected person coughs or sneezes droplets from his mouth and nose are spread into the air.
Any person who is in close proximity to the infected person can breathe in the droplets through the lungs.

Some researchers also show that the virus can survive in the air up to 3 hours
And when a normal person breathes in that area he might get infected.

3. Transmission from surface-
If an infected person has coughed or sneeze on the surface it is said that the virus can survive
there for many hours and when a normal person touches the same surface he can get affected by the virus.
So it is best to always sanitise all the surface areas that you and your family come in contact with.

How to protect yourself from coronavirus

The most simple and easy method is through social distancing which is being Practised worldwide by all the countries.
There are also other ways by which you can stop the spread

1. Avoid unnecessary travel

2. Try to say at Home and also try to work from home if possible.

3.If you go out of your house for some work try to maintain a good distance between other people and practise good social distancing..

4. Try to shop online. There are number of options available these days for online shopping right from grocery to other household stuff.

5. In case you feel like you have the symptoms of coronavirus, Isolate yourself from other family members and if the symptoms worsen contact for medical help.

It is always correctly said that a strong immune system it always helps you fight out any outside infections strongly.
